Civil litigation involving trucks, trailers, forklifts, autos, fleet operations and trucking real estate issues requires the services of knowledgeable experts, from discovery through resolution. I have been actively involved with vehicles since the age of eight, and with truck operations since the age of fourteen, and have dedicated most of my professional career to managing large trucking fleets and trucking operations.

While serving as a senior Vice-President for a large trucking holding company, Mr. Bredemeyer gained experience and expertise in most areas of trucking. Even though he was primarily responsible for equipment, properties, and benefit programs for these companies, his experience also included the hiring, supervision of commercial drivers, forklift operators, and technicians. The loading and proper retention of loads were also included with his equipment experience.

He was the lead officer responsible for establishing trucking companies for the three chain link fence manufacturing companies under the Merchants corporate umbrella. He personally set up the operations, hired the personnel, found the buildings, and established the procedures for initial operations and compliance. Under his direction, these fleets grew to over 50 units in full compliance with DOT Regulations in just over one year from inception. In addition, he was instrumental in bringing a non-compliant trucking operation into the corporate management and establishing total compliance in all areas in only a few short months.

From the shop floor to the warehouse loading dock to the Board Room, Mr. Bredemeyer has experienced and supervised all aspects of trucking operations. He has the experience to evaluate problems and provide opinions that consider the many facets of commercial trucking.

Few experts can match my experience and knowledge of truck specifications, operations, maintenance, and regulations governing commercial vehicles in the United States. You do not have to settle for just a "safety expert" who claims to know equipment and its maintenance. I am one of only fifteen people in Texas to be certified as a "Fleet Maintenance Professional" at the Director Level, in addition to having experience in all areas of trucking operations.
